Fine Wine Tasting
In Sardinia there are a lot of small wine producers and all of them have vintages of fine quality. It is possible to taste the wines they produce directly at their premises, or in our home – comfortably seated in a wicker armchair on the front porch and accompanying the wine with local cheeses and appetisers. It is also possible to take guided tours of the vineyards and the wineries of major producers like Sella & Mosca and Santa Maria La Palma, where they describe all the ancient fermentation caves and all the steps required to achieve the highest quality for each vintage wine.
